Worldwide Delivery

UK Shipping:

We offer different shipping options within the UK. 

Collection is welcome from our store in 00166, Dartmoor National Park. We've great coffee and would love to see you, just let us know on the order notes or give us a call.

Orders over £75 - Free UK Postage. For this we use Royal Mail First Class or DPD in general your order is with you in a few days.

Orders under £75 - It's £5.50. Shipping Royal Mail First Class, you'll get your order within a few days. 

Courier UK Postage - DPD. This costs £7.50 and is ideal if you need to get it quickly with full tracking via the DPD app.

DPD collect Monday - Friday, it is next working day delivery - this means that any DPD shipments collected on Friday will be out for delivery on Monday. Our order cut off time for same day dispatch is 2pm.

EU - We're back!

Orders under €150 Euros: These will ship under the IOSS scheme, meaning that there will be no additional charges. We pay the VAT due in your country. Orders will ship within a couple of days and should be with your within a week or so. All orders are sent via DPD with full tracking.

Orders over €150 Euros: There is no process for these orders at this time. You will need to place seperate orders and we are unfortunatley unable to combine the shipping.

Rest of World:

All orders outside the United Kingdom will be sent within 1-2 working days via Royal Mail or an international courier service. Delivery times will vary country to country but in most cases deliveries will be within 8-14 days.

The shipping disclaimer: (we like to be transparent)

We're in a relatively remote location when it comes to shipping and whilst we will 99% of the time have orders picked, packed & ready for dispatch on time, there will be occasions where the courier misses a depot connection, or just doesn't make it here on time that day and that has a knock on effect.

00166 does get snowed in a few days a year, the roads are dangerous to drive and DPD & Royal Mail vans just don't come. We'll always try to put notices out as and when this happens though!
