Returns & Exchanges

We offer UK exchanges & returns via DPD. It's a really simple process with thousands of drop off locations and is fully tracked.

UK Exchanges: Free via DPD here.

If you need to change size or exchange an item for any reason, just send it back to us in brand new condition, with tags, in a sellable condition, within 60 days of purchase. We’ll exchange it like for like or for another item if required and make any adjustments to your order as needed. 

UK Returns: Simple returns via DPD here. (Charged at £3.99)

If you need to return your purchase for any reason, just send it back to us in brand new condition within 60 days of purchase. We’ll refund as required (less £3.99 return postage).

Want to exchange or return using your own courier?

If you would like to send your exchange or return back to us via your own courier (and at your own costs), please include your order number, contact detail and reason for return will be returned to sender.  

Any returns that do not include your order number, contact details and reason for return will not be processed.
